Hello, my name is Mitch Lee and I would like to welcome you to ‘Macro Mitch,’ a website dedicated to providing healthy, protein packed recipes complete with a full macronutrient breakdown of: Calories, Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats to ensure that you know exactly what you are putting into your body!

I am a 26 years old professional freerunning and parkour performer, coach and fitness model. For more information on that, visit www.mitchlee.pro. I am now also a full time vegan chef and restaurant manager at Offbeet РA completely vegan and gluten free restaurant.

I have a special talent of being able to rework unhealthy recipes into nutritional yet truly satisfying treats, removing most of the fats, sugars, refined grains and flours in a whole host of meals and desserts, but without losing any of the enjoyment or flavour! My recipes are all gluten free and made up of ingredients that are easy to access in your local supermarkets and health stores.

After discovering Intermittent Fasting in January 2011, I began to track my calories for everything I was eating. I started eating a very high protein diet and quickly became bored of just drinking protein shakes and eating boring meals to hit my target macronutrient values. It was this boredom combined with a little proactive thinking and creativity that my kitchen became my science lab, and my experiments were healthy treats. Over time I have honed my skills and what you will see on this website are recipes that I personally have eaten myself!

Since 2016 I once again changed my eating habits and decided to go vegan. This has once again re-ignited my passion and creativity in cooking and so from now on all my recipes will be dairy and egg free too!
